I coordinated over 70 interviews as part of multi-month national press campaigns simultaneously across multiple shows and markets to promote Tony Award® nominated limited theatrical engagements.
I also managed press & social media requests with actors, creatives, and their respective publicists on a theatrical tour, which
included scheduling, drafting, and sending confirmation memos and follow-ups to guarantee punctuality from all parties.
Lastly, I administered brand management of a show to ensure uniformity across all tour venue websites and platforms, including the
conceptualization of marketing guides using digital design skills across 3 different shows with diverse target audiences.
